• Review data — the content of your review, your relationship to the school and your chosen display name.
• School claim data — claimant identity, role and verification documents (registration certificates, authorisation letters).
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches performed and device information, used to improve the platform.

2. How we use your data

• To deliver your enquiries to the school you selected — this is the core purpose of enquiry data, and we share it only with that school.
• To publish your reviews under your chosen display name (or anonymously if you choose).
• To verify school claims against official records.
• To send service messages and, with your consent, helpful updates — you can opt out at any time.
• To keep the platform safe: spam prevention, fraud detection and review-integrity checks.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your contact details with schools you have not enquired to.
• We never reveal the identity of an anonymous reviewer to a school.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as your comparison list), plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact us via the contact page to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, and verification documents are retained only as long as required for claim decisions and audit.
